Really great. You can do a lot there. Play PacMan. Pinpall, 3d games, darts, etc. Food tastes good in and of itself. Unfortunately, only corona breaks a lot.

Staff always rude and, thanks to a lack of German, not understandable. The shop is dirty and surrounded by very unsympathetic people. You definitely can't feel comfortable here. Nevertheless, the Giga-Center houses many entertainment options to spend a good evening, provided that the environment does not disturb you.

The blonde lady with glasses on the third floor, who is responsible for billiards, treats the guests very anti-social and unfriendly. I don't understand why someone like that is still employed there, I mean the reviews here speak a clear language. Somebody like that doesn't belong in the service department but rather in the cleaning department.

Okay. The equipment is a little old school ;-).

Awesome thing in any case, you can really have fun there. Maybe the Giga-Center has the possibility to open something like that in Lübeck too ?!

The fat lady on the 3rd floor (billiard room). Her demeanor was rude, cheeky, and disrespectful. Do not respect customers! I can't understand how you can let go of such staff to customers.

Sometimes too loud when you are downstairs in the casino because people are beating the press but overall mega cool

Were watching football and drinking cocktails. The cocktails were very sweet. At 9.00 for a Mai Tai, it should taste like alcohol and not like chewing gum ice cream. Cuba Libre was absolutely ok and so were the salsa chips. Overall priced (cocktail happy hour for selected cocktails) good.

When I was here at the machine I pushed up from 10 euros to 100 euros and the staff encouraged me to keep going to one, I was fat in the red because they said I should throw in more but didn't win anything and, among other things, the toilets were like piss and were really dirty never again I'll play everything just a rip off

A great place to be late at night. Multiple floors with arcade games, pool, & darts. Fun atmosphere!

Has a pool hall and also gaming machines. Both arcade and gambling. And also bar services. Very fun. The pool is a little pricey but not too bad. Place is mostly clean

Were playing pool, was fun. Has fair prices, but you have to order drinks, but they are very accommodating.

Would recommend great staff

Most of the equipment was out of order. The ones that worked either had missing parts (e.g. the plastic sliders on air hockey) or simply didn't work properly. We stopped after 2 machines and left. If we had paid admission, we would have been even more disappointed.

All are good except for the poor service attitude of the staff. Should immediately vacate the lady of the supervisor on the 3rd floor. Your demeanor was rude. Don't respect customers

Great entertainment area, open all night, lots of fun options. Unfortunately they keep forcing you to buy drinks every time you move to a different floor, even if you are spending money on the games.

Slot machines a bit old. I do not recommend using the toilets.

Go here! Fun, drinks, and games of all types! You can not 'not' enjoy yourself!

The place is cool, the concept is great and it’s huge with a lot of options even though there are a lot of people. Nevertheless, a lot of the games don’t work and the people working there are not friendly, especially the lady at the cashier in the 18’s years old section. Really unprofessional attitude when I complained about the machine taking my money and not working.

AVOID!!! Charged us for 3 hours of pool when we played 1 hour. Wouldn’t give us our deposit back. Then try to say the deposit covered the cost of drinks, even though we paid for drinks.

There are many fun game machines to burn your cash. The drinks are a little costlier. There are many snooker and pool tables. The air hockey was fun to play.

Be advised that while this business claims to operate 24 hours, not all services are available at all times. A friend and I drove into the city with the sole purpose of playing VR. We arrived at 1130 and were told that there was no staff member present that knew how to use the computers. We were welcome to wait until 1600 for a trained staff member to arrive. No thanks.

Scam! Vending machines do not work here and the money is withheld. You get a bon and someday come over on another day to get your money back - when exactly could not we say "any other day". After all, the machines are put out of action after you've got enough ... Probably the signs are just as fast gone as they were on it.
